| Exchange Disseminated Time | Peacock Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) has sanctioned a scheme for revival of the Company. The scheme inter alia includes reduction of the paid up share capital from Rs. 1550.00 lacs divided into 15500000 number of equity shares of Rs. 10 each to Rs. 620.00 lacs divided in to 15500000 number of equity shares of Rs. 4/- each.
To give effect the above provision of the scheme, the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed August 12, 2013 as a Record Date in this regard. |
