1. Mr. Prem Narayan Khandelwal, Non-Executive independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Directorship of the Company with effect from June 29, 2013.
2. Mr. Santosh Kumar Khandelwal has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from June 29, 2013 and shall be Non-Executive independent Director of the Company.
3. Mr. Suresh Kumar Patni has been re-appointed as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. July 01, 2013, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. |
