Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that Mr. Vishnu Sundararajan Peruvemba has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014 with effect from 5th January, 2018.
Further, in terms of Regulation 30(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mr. Vishnu Sundararajan Peruvemba, CFO and KMP is one of the authorised person for determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosure to the Stock Exchanges(s).
