| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kandagiri Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that Sri V. Mahadevan, an independent director on the Board from May 13, 2005 has tendered his resignation from the Board as well as from the Audit Committee of the Company on account of his continued ill-health. Directors at the Board Meeting held on February 14, 2014 have accepted his resignation. The Board has inducted Sri S. Gnanasekharan, as an independent director in the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Sri V. Mahadevan.
He also has been nominated to the Audit Committee. Sri S. Gnanasekharan has joined the Board from February 14, 2014. |
