2. To review progress of proposed GDR Issue and take appropriate decisions, if any.
3. To consider appointment of Mr. Bhavesh Mehta, the Whole Time Director of the Company as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), pursuant to which he will be redesignated as the Whole Time Director & COO. |
