Accordingly, the Register of Debenture holders (Sr.-24) and the Transfer Books of the above debentures will remain closed on that date. The Debenture holders, whose names will appear on the Register of Debenture holders under Series 24 (ISIN INE238A08393) of the Bank as on 12.05.2017, will be entitled to receive the interest amount due on 29.05.2017 (27.05.2017 being Holiday and 28.05.2017 being Sunday).
