1. Considered and approved the proposal for reclassification of 'Vardhman Agenoes Private Limited' from Promoter Category lo Public Category, as the above entity is no longer associated with the management and affairs of the Company and do not exercise any direct or indirect control In the management and affairs of the Company.
2. The Company has declared and paid interim dividend of Rs. 4.70/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2016, which is considered as final. |
