We wish to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 10th November 2017 to, inter alia, consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter/period ended September 30, 2017.

Pursuant to this the Company has decided that the close period (i.e, closure of trading window) under Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Dealing with the Securities of Cochin Shipyard Limited would commence from 5:00 p.m on November 02, 2017 and end 48 hours after the results are made public on November 10, 2017.
