Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 read with the Company’s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 18, 2015 to May 26, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
