| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Creative Eye gains on talk of channel launch", Creative Eye Ltd has clarified to BSE that the said news item / report / article is an independent story by the publication and the Company has not officially released any news.
The Company further clarified that it is at present concentrating on consolidating its current line of business. The management of the Company in its regular course of business discusses various plans to diversify and increase its presence in the market for the benefit of the Company and its Shareholders. However, no such plan as published in the newspaper has been submitted to the Board of Directors for their consideration or approval.
The Company assures that whenever the Board of Directors takes any decision of material consequence (such as launching of a new channel), the Company would voluntarily disclose to the Shareholders about such development. |
