1. Approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended 31.03.2017 and enclosed the same along with the Auditors Report for your information and records.
2. Approved the audited annual standalone and consolidated financial statements of the Company as on 31.03.2017.
3. Approved the appointment of M/s. Anandam & Co., u/s 139 (1) of CA 2013, as statutory auditors in place of existing retiring auditors, subject to approval of members at the ensuring AGM.
