| Exchange Disseminated Time | Golden Tobacco Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2015, for the approval of the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, pursuant to Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement and other applicable provisions, if any, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the “Trading Window” of the Company shall remain closed from May 16, 2015 to May 26, 2015 (both days inclusive), Accordingly, during the period, the Directors / designated employees of the Company including their dependent family members are directed not to deal in the Company’s Shares. |
