| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/05/2016 10:31:17 | NRB Bearings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2016 the Board approved the change in the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Insiders wherein Chapter I para (p) the non-transaction is now defined as 7 (seven) calendar days prior to and 2 (two) Trading Days after the date of the meeting of Board of Directors where the periodical financial results of the Company are considered. The earlier provision was for 15 (fifteen) calendar days prior to the meeting.
The duly amended Code of Conduct is enclosed. |
