Further, pursuant to Clause 6(a) of the Company's Code of Conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, Officer(s), Designated Employees and all other Insiders of the Company as defined in the Code from July 19, 2014 till August 01, 2014 (both days inclusive), in view of the Board Meeting scheduled for July 30, 2014. |
