| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bajaj Finance Ltd has informed BSE that, subsequent to the approval accorded by the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on April 21, 2015 and the approval of the shareholders of the Company by way of a special resolution dated May 20, 2015 for the QIP, the Special Committee of the Company, on June 04, 2015 has, inter alia,:
1. Approved Preliminary Placement Document for QIP up to an aggregate amount of Rs, 14,000 million.
2. Authorized the opening of the QIP on June 04, 2015.
3. Took on record the 'Relevant date' for QIP as June 04, 2015 and Floor price of Rs. 4,407.34 (Rupees Four Thousand Four Hundred and Seven and Thirty Four Paise per equity share of face value of Rs 10/-each).
The Company has submitted to BSE a copy of the said resolution in this regards. |
