| Exchange Disseminated Time | Commercial Engineers & Body Builders Co Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 06, 2015 to consider, approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st Quarter of the FY 2015-16 ended on June 30, 2015 and the Issuance of Equity Shares of the Company under proposed Employee Stock Option Plan for the Employees of the Company.
Further, as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 to regulate, monitor and report trading by its employees and other Connected Persons, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for the Directors/ officers / designated employees of the Company, (who have already been informed of the same) will remain closed from July 27, 2015 to August 08, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
