| Exchange Disseminated Time | Esab India Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on May 26, 2015 to take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, as per the Company’s The Code for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 the Trading Window for the purpose of transacting in Company’s Shares will remain closed with effect from May 04, 2015 to May 27, 2015 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the designated employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the Company’s shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
