1. Size of the Issue : - The Company proposes to issue 12,25,276 Equity Shares on a Rights Basis to its existing Equity Shareholders at an Issue Price of Rs. 204 per Equity Shares aggregating to Rs. 24,99,56,304.
2. Rights Entitlement for Equity Shares : 4 Equity Shares for 25 Equity Shares held by the shareholders as on the record date.
3. Issue Price per Equity Share :- Rs.204 (inclusive of premium of Rs.194 per Equity Share)
4. Face Value per Equity Share: Rs. 10/- each
5. Total number of Equity Shares outstanding prior to the Issue : - 76,57,978
6. Total number of Equity Shares outstanding after the Issue : - 88,83,254
7. Payment Terms:
The entire amount of Rs. 204/- per Equity Share shall be payable on application.
The payment on Application would be as under:

- Towards Share Premium Account
