| Exchange Disseminated Time | Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2015, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2015.
Further, as per Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window will remain closed from May 18, 2015 upto 48 hours after the announcement of results to the Stock exchanges i.e. May 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) for all the Directors and Designated Officers of the Company. |
