| Exchange Disseminated Time | Omax Autos Ltd has informed BSE that there have been found printing error in Sub Clause (m) of Clause 2 of Note No. 25 i.e. Notes to the Accounts (Standalone and Consolidated) on page no. 90 and 117 of the Annual Report of the Company for the FY 2012-13. already dispatched to the Shareholders.
Hence the following correction may please be noted as below.
CORRECTION
"The figure of Tax and Interest paid to Income Tax Dept, should be read as Rs. 271.31 Lac instead of Rs. 271.31 Crore."
The said Corrigendum has been published in Newspapers dated September 04, 2013. |
