| Exchange Received Time 22/11/2017 17:37:03 Exchange Disseminated Time 22/11/2017 17:37:10 Time Taken 00:00:07 | Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to intimate that Drug Discovery and Development Solutions Limited, Singapore ('DDDSL'), a wholly-owned subsidiary company, has entered into Stock Purchase Agreement for acquiring entire Equity Share capital of Jubilant Discovery Services Inc., USA ('JDSI') on November 21, 2017, subject to applicable laws.
JDSI is a step-down subsidiary whose share capital is held by Jubilant Biosys Limited, a step-down subsidiary of the Company.
After the said acquisition of shares, JDSI shall become a wholly-owned subsidiary of DDDSL.
