This is to inform you that the mandatory implementation Ind-AS by the company starts from April 01, 2017 i.e. financial year 2017-18, and the company is availing the relaxation for submitting the financial results in compliance with the provisions of above cited circular.
Accordingly, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at 9.30 A.M. at the Regd Office i.e. 142, IDA, Phase-II, Cherlapally, Hyderabad: 500051 inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2017 with due implementation of Ind-AS.
