| Exchange Disseminated Time 21/09/2016 19:03:43 | AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Bank will be held on October 24, 2016 and October 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter / half year ending .as on September 30, 2016 (Q2), subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Bank.
The Bank will be holding conference calls with the Analysts with regard to the said results.
The restricted trading window (blackout period) for dealing in shares / securities of the Bank will commence from October 01, 2016 and will continue up to October 27, 2016 (both days inclusive), in terms of the “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders - April 2016" formulated and adopted by the Bank, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. |
