- A special pay-out in the form of an Interim Dividend of Rs. 75/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each, payable to the registered shareholders of the Company as on the Record Date i.e., February 18, 2017 (intimated to the Exchanges vide letter dated February 01, 2017). The Interim Dividend will be paid to the registered shareholders on or about February 23, 2017. |
