    Kilitch Drugs India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have incorporated a subsidiary Company under the name & style of EYEKARE KILITCH LTD to focus on ophthalmology related products.

    Although 100% share of this Company will be initially held by the Company, certain share will be made available to Company's business associates and other in the field.

    As per the business plan of Eyekare Kilitch Ltd., it is expected that Company will achieve business volume of Rs. 35 Crores in 3rd year of operation and a profitability of 30% thereon.
