1. Adoption of Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008 and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2008 together with the report of Directors & Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Udesh Dassani as Director of the Company who retires by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Ashok Kasgiwala & Co., as Auditors of the Company. |
