| Exchange Disseminated Time | Viceroy Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that by the respective subsidiary Companies in terms of the Order of the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, the Board of Directors of subsidiary Companies at their Board Meeting held on July 11, 2007 approved the following items.
1. Cafe D Lake Pvt Ltd in terms of the scheme of arrangement / merger as approved by the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, allotted 27,44,530 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 15.64/- per share to the Company, the holding Company.
2. Crustum Products Pvt Ltd, in terms of the scheme of arrangement / merger as approved by the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, allotted 629,480 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the Company, the holding Company.
3. Minerva Hospitalities Pvt Ltd, in terms of the scheme of arrangement / merger as approved by the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, allotted 46,69,267 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the Company, the holding Company. |
