| Exchange Disseminated Time | Green Fire Agri Commodities Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. Raising of funds through issue of equity shares through rights issue to the shareholders of the Company including matters related / incidental thereto.
2. To consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.
In this connection, as per Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Specified Persons from May 06, 2016 to May 16, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
