| Exchange Disseminated Time 21/05/2016 18:32:31 | With reference to the earlier letter dated May 16, 2016, regarding Board Meeting on May 24, 2016, Kamdhenu Ltd has now informed BSE that due to some unavoidable circumstances and other administrative issues, the Board Meeting is Scheduled to be held on May 27, 2016 instead of earlier scheduled to be held on May 24, 2016.
Further the Company inform that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is postponed and to be held on May 27, 2016 instead of May 24, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited Financial Results for the quarter/ year ended March 31, 2016 and recommendation of dividend for Financial year 2015-16, if any.
Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report, Trading by Insiders", the trading window for the dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 15, 2016 till May 29, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
