| Exchange Disseminated Time 11/08/2016 16:48:50 | With reference to the earlier letter dated August 04, 2016 intimating the date of Board Meeting to consider, inter alia, un-audited financial results of the company, for the Quarter ended June 30, 2016.
Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd has now informed BSE that:
"being the first quarter for implementation of Indian Accounting Standards (hid. AS), the conversion of existing system into Ind. AS is taking longer period than we expected. Hence, the company has decided to post pone the board meeting to consider the un-audited financial results of the company for the said quarter to some other day, but not later than September 14, 2016, being the due date to submit the same as has been mentioned in the SEBI circular.
The notice of postponed board meeting shall be sent to you in due course of time according to the provisions of Reg. 29 of SEBI (LORD) Regulations, 2015." |
