| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sutlej Textiles and Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee at its meeting held on March 29, 2016 has (subject to Board Approval) decided as under:
1. To appoint M/s. Link Intime India Private Limited for acting as the Registrar and Share Transfer Agents (RTA) in lieu of M/s Sharepro Services (India) Private Limited as directed by SEBI vide its order dated March 22, 2016.
2. To appoint Auditor to carry out an audit of the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) activities of M/s. Sharepro Services (India) Private Limited. |
