However, in order to facilitate smooth transition during the first financial year of applicability of Ind-AS, the SEBI vide its circular has granted extension of one month to the listed entities i.e. till 14th December, 2017 for submission of financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2017 to the stock exchanges.
Further in accordance with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015, our Company is required to comply with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) for the accounting period beginning on 1st April, 2017.
This is to inform you that in accordance with the extension granted by the aforementioned SEBI Circular, the Company proposes to convene and hold the meeting of Board of Directors for approval of financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2017 on or before 14th December, 2017 by availing such extension.
