He would act as non executive non independent Director. He has also been appointed as Member of the Audit Committee.
Further the Company has informed that, the Audit Committee Meeting held on October 20, 2010, approved the appointment of Mr. Rajeev Kumar Nair as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from November 01, 2010 and the same was finalized by the Board Of Directors at the Board Meeting held October 20, 2010.
It may be noted that Mr. P. C. Sharma, the previous CFO, resigned from the position of CFO last month. |
