| Exchange Disseminated Time | Refex Refrigerants Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 05, 2008, to consider the unaudited results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2007 and to declare interim dividend, if any, the Board in the said meeting shall also consider making an investment of not exceeding USD 20 Million for acquisition of a overseas body corporate presently engaged in an activity relating to the business of the Company.
The said acquisition, if approved by the Board will also be subject to approval by share holders as required under Companies Act, 1956 and other regulatory and statutory approvals wherever required. |
