1. Re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Singh as an Executive Director of the Company for a further period of 3 (Three) years w.e.f. August 22, 2015, subject to the approval of the Members and such other approvals and consents as may be required under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules thereof.
2. Mr. Rakesh Seemakurti has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. August 22, 2015. Further Mr. Ankit Patni, Managing Director of the Company has resigned w.e.f. August 22, 2015. |
