| Exchange Disseminated Time | LGB Forge Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2010, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. The Board appointed Sri. V. Rajvirdhan as Additional Director and also as Executive Director of the Company with effect from February 01, 2010 subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing General Meeting.
2. Mr. P. S. Balasubramanian, Managing Director of the Company has tendered his resignation as Managing Director as well as Director from the Board of the Company, and his resignation was accepted w.e.f. January 28, 2010.
3. Smt. Rajsri Vijayakumar, has tendered her resignation as Director from the Board of the Company, and her resignation was accepted w.e.f. January 28, 2010. |
