| Exchange Disseminated Time | Lambodhara Textile Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2014, inter alia, to consider the audited Financial Results for the quarter / financial year ended March 31, 2014 and to recommend dividend, if any.
As per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from May 15, 2014 to May 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the consideration of the audited financial results for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2014. The trading window shall open for trading from June 02, 2014. |
