| Exchange Disseminated Time 05/11/2015 16:33:35 | Vidhi Dyestuffs Manufacturing Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 along with the statement of Assets & Liabilities as prescribed under Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement.
2. To consider the Limited Review Report for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015.
3. To consider and declare second interim dividend for the year 2015 -16 and to fix the record date for the same.
4. Further, as per the “Code of Conduct” formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will be closed from November 04, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Officers, Designated Employees, Insiders (as defined in the code), and their dependents and family members. |
