| Exchange Disseminated Time 07/09/2016 09:04:58 | Bedmutha Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Preferential Allotment Committee at its meeting held on September 06, 2016, has allotted 15,00,000 (Fifteen Lakh) Equity Shares at price of Rs 15.50 per equity share to its proposed allottees.
Further, the allotment of above Equity Shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company and shall be entitled to dividend and corporate benefits, if any declared by the Company after the allotment.
