| Exchange Disseminated Time | Andhra Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 18, 2012 to September 27, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 27, 2012.
The dividend warrants dated October 04, 2012 in respect of the said dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held on September 27, 2012, will be posted to the eligible shareholders from October 06, 2012 onwards.
