As per Clause 2 of the "Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" in Shares of the Company ("Code"), the trading window will remain closed from August 04, 2014 to August 10, 2014 (both days Inclusive) in connection with the announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2014 for Directors and other employees of the Company covered under the Code. The trading window will reopen on August 13, 2014. |
