This is with reference to e-mail dated July 10, 2017 received from BSE on the captioned subject.
In this connection, we wish to inform you that the Company has submitted the declaration in Point No. (ii) of its letter dated May 29, 2017 stating that S. N. Dhawan & Co. LLP, Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued their Audit Report on Standalone Financial Results for the Year ended March 31, 2017 with unmodified opinion, alongwith the Annual Audited Financial Results (Both Standalone and Consolidated) and Audit Reports thereon. A copy of the aforesaid letter is enclosed herewith as Annexure I for your kind reference.
However, in view of the query raised in your aforesaid e-mail, we are once again enclosing herewith the said declaration vide a separate letter, as per Annexure II.
