| Exchange Disseminated Time | BF Utilities Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on March 29, 2011, inter alia, have unanimously considered and approved the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as on September 30, 2010, the Profit & Loss Account and the Cash Flow Statement for the year ended September 30, 2010 and the Reports of the Directors' and the Auditors thereon.
2. Reappointment of Mr. B. B. Hattarki and Mr. G. K. Agarwal as Directors of the Company.
3. Reappointment of M/s. Dalal & Shah, Chartered Accountants, as the Auditors of the Company. |
