| Exchange Disseminated Time | Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have received application for transmission of shares from Ms. Kanchanben Rameshchandra Jhaveri, wife of Deceased Director Mr. Rameshchandra Amratlal Jhaveri.
As the Company have received necessary documents along with original share certificates for transmission of shares in her name, the Company propose to transfer the shares after completion of necessary formalities at Company's end.
Further the Company has informed that Mr. Rameshchandra Amratlal Jhaveri held 477219 shares (9.22%) and all these shares would be transferred to Ms. Kanchanben Rameshchandra Jhaveri subject to completion of necessary formalities/documentation. Her holding would be shown under Promoter and Promoter group. |
