1. The term of appointment of Mr. Salil Taneja as Whole Time Director of the Company has expired on November 30, 2014. He also ceases to be a Director of the Company w.e.f. December 01, 2014.
2. Mr. BR Taneja has been appointed as Whole Time Director designated as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. December 01, 2014 subject to approval of shareholders. |
