1. Issue of 5,60,000 Warrants Convertible into Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each at a premium of Rs. 119/- each to Promoter and Others on a Preferential Basis.
2. Fix the Date and Venue of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to ratify resolutions passed in earlier Extra-Ordinary General Meeting.
