| Exchange Disseminated Time | Visa Steel Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, pursuant to "VISA Steel Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees and dependents covered under the Code from the close of business hours of May 21, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the Stock Exchanges. |
