| Exchange Disseminated Time | Satra Properties India Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on August 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following Business:
1. To approve Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014 as required under Listing Agreement.
2. To fix the Date of Closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company for the purpose of Declaration of Dividend and for 31st Annual General Meeting.
In terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from August 05, 2014 to August 16, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
