Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 (as amended) read with the Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company, the “Trading Window” for trading in the securities of the Company by any “Insider” covered under the said Code will be closed from February 04, 2015 to February 13, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
