28, 2015, to consider and adopt Annual Accounts of the Company and to consider and recommend dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2015.
The Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to meet on 28th May, 2015 to consider Audited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2015.
With reference to the above, in accordance to the Company’s Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from May 20, 2015 to May 29, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
